Property Taxes
As your state representative, I will fight to keep taxes in check. As Trustee:
I have voted for a zero percent property tax levy increase each year of my tenure, without cuts to the services that our residents have come to expect.
Instead, we looked to responsible and innovative fiscal decisions like Arlington Alfresco that allowed us to raise revenues without increasing taxes for residents.
I will bring this disciplined and practical financial approach to Springfield to continue delivering the services residents want–safe streets, good schools, and thriving business districts–while ensuring residents can continue to afford to live in our wonderful communities.
